The design is my own, and is based on the paving outside my favourite antique shop, Talbot Walk in Ripley. Below is a photo of it. The flagstone fabric is from a book of curtain samples, and is mostly animal hide textures. The backing fabric is a curtain remnant, and is a sand coloured bouclé. The batting is another curtain remnant and the very back is be a curtain hanging sample (dismantled). The binding is a wood-plank print quilting fabric. |
