Into this category fall all those items that involve tiddling about with a
sewing machine, overlocker (or serger for those Americans viewing my pages) and
fabric. I have not included much in the way of clothes I've made for myself
using a single commercial pattern, because I've made so many that it's up there
with meals I've cooked using a recipe book. I've only included those that could
be termed a "costume" or those involving merging of patterns or
altering them so that something of my own design has gone into the item.
