DARLINGTON, John. "Sacred to the memory of John Darlington of Monastery Enniskerry who departed this life 15th October 1827 aged 30 years and of Anne his wife who died 20th April 1874 aged 84 and of their daughter Marianne who died 13th December 1900 aged 76 and of their son John who departed this life 20th April 1905 aged 77.

2) Joseph Darlington, son of (1) age 24 Jan 10 1797. Register Mr Joseph Darlington from Dublin. This stone was found buried and raised in Oct 1897.

John and (Mary) Elizabeth Darlington

John may be the son of Henry and Ann Darlington of Delgany above, but there's no way to be sure at this stage. Mrs Mary Elizabeth Darlington of Monastery died 25 Sep 1793 aged 48, therefore she was born 1745.

Robert Darlington and Susanna Strong

They married 13 Feb 1794 at Powerscourt. Susanna Strong is most likely the Mrs Darlington buried at Bray 14 Jul 1801

I think this is the same Robert Darlington as above, and he remarried after Susanna Strong died. Lived at Monastery, parish of Powerscourt

John Darlington and Anne Harricks

Married 1817 Aug 8 Jno Darlington of Monastry to Anne Harricks of Onagh. Married at Powerscourt. Lived at Monastry in the parish of Powerscourt. Based on the names of the children, this John is most likely the son of Robert and Susanna Strong. John died 15 Oct 1827 aged 30 and Anne died 20 April 1874 aged 84, therefore she was born about 1790.

James Darlington and Hannah Buckley

Auctioneer of Enniskerry. Married at Bray 4 Feb 1828. Hannah died only a few days after her daughter Hannah's birth and was buried at Powerscourt 11 Nov 1834 aged 27. I think James was the son of Robert above, but I'm not sure which wife - probably Catherine. James remarried:  1835 Sep 6 James Darlington of Enniskerry and Alicia Tonstal [or Tonstall] of Enniskerry. Married at Powerscourt.
